About Acalia
I am a passionate learner and a third-year BA (Hons) Human Geography student, expected to graduate with a high First Class degree. My journey through academia hasn't always been smooth; I've faced my own struggles and challenges. However, these experiences have taught me invaluable study and research habits that I am excited to share with others.
I believe in every student's ability to be critical and engaged in their work. My goal is to support students in forging their own academic paths, fostering a love for learning, and developing their critical thinking skills. Teaching allows me to share my passion for learning and to help others overcome their academic challenges, just as I have done.

My lessons are student-guided, focusing on empowering students to forge their own academic paths with my support and guidance. I can also provide curriculum-guided lessons, focusing on study habits. Lessons range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Qualifications:
First-class degree in Human Geography
Previous experience with peer tutoring and educational work
My lessons are open to everyone but are particularly well-suited for A-level, International Baccalaureate, and university preparatory students.
