About Lara
I have been teaching Latin and Classics for four years, to children of various ages. I have most often helped students with language GCSE exams and have helped them achieve brilliant results, but have also tutored younger children. I received a first class degree in Latin, Ancient Greek and Ancient History and Classical Civilisation.

My teaching method is to establish and understand the requirements and needs of each student or class at the beginning of the session, and explain the session's objectives clearly. I use a friendly but thorough approach using inventive and fun ways of learning and memorising grammar, vocabulary etc. At the end of the class we recap the session ready for next time.
