About Ella
I am a biomedical engineering student with a strong passion for maths and physics, and helping others develop confidence in STEM subjects.
I am currently completing my degree while working full-time in the medical technology industry, gaining valuable experience applying engineering principles in a professional environment. I have achieved First Class results this year in my university modules.
I achieved A* grades in GCSE Mathematics and Double Award Science, as well as A-Level Mathematics and Physics. Alongside my studies, I have developed my teaching experience through volunteering with the Access Project, where I supported GCSE Physics students with preparation for exams.
I enjoy helping students overcome challenging topics by explaining ideas clearly and adapting my teaching approach to suit each individual’s learning style. My aim is to make maths and physics more approachable while helping students build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they are looking to improve their understanding, build confidence, prepare for exams, or achieve higher grades.
I have previous experience as a tutor with the Access Project, where I supported two GCSE Physics students by helping them understand key concepts, develop problem-solving skills, and prepare for their exams.
As a Biomedical Engineering student working in the medical technology industry, I apply mathematics and physics regularly in an engineering environment. I use this experience to help students see the practical applications of these subjects while building confidence in their own abilities.
I tutor GCSE and A-Level Mathematics and Physics, adapting each lesson to the student’s goals, current level, and preferred learning style.
