About Romel

I am currently an Equity Research Senior Associate covering REITs and Real Estate with the #1 analyst in Canada. Prior to that, I worked in the TMT investment team at a leading private equity firm in Canada with over $8B in AUM, where I worked on the due diligence of 10 potential acquisitions ranging between $50M and $500M, and 1 completed tuck-in acquisition. In terms of academics, I graduated from the Queen's Master of Finance with 3.92 GPA, and I passed all 3 CFA exams on the first try, ranking top 10% in the world for the CFA exam level III.
