About Hanna
I'm born and raised in Florida, moved to Gainesville 6 years ago to attend the University of Florida. I studied elementary education for 2 years before finding my passion in finance and economics. I graduated and took a full-time job with my internship at a financial advising company. I learned an incredible amount and reaffirmed my passion for helping others but ultimately decided that career wasn't for me. Recently I took a job at UF as a financial analyst in their CFO's division and being back on campus has me considering pursuing an MBA. I have a huge passion for education and truly believe knowledge is always the solution. I hope you'll give me the chance to share the joy of teaching in a subject I've always found fascinating.

I've always had a knack for explaining complex topics and even pursued financial advising to teach others about money. I studied education at UF for 2 years before switching to finance (because I missed numbers too much not to!) I have experience in both education and math so it makes me the perfect choice to study with.
I can adapt to your learning style and cater lesson plans for what works best for you. My lessons are focused for middle and high school math but can also tutor in college readiness. I have a passion for helping others because education changed my life and sharing knowledge with others is why I do what I do.
