About Tenzin
Am a b ed final year student and from my childhood, I'm very interested to do discussions with students, as I came across all those stages and am well swear about how to deal with students and how to share information with them, only sharing information is not enough we must have to make aware students about how it helps in their day to day life and how it's help to be a good people .

I mostly prefer the indirect method in which the student would get more chances to get knowledge by there self and to gain more self-confidence and ya as a teacher we must understand their knowledge and as per them we have to give them well knowledge and information .
