About Daniel
I was the first from my school to go to Oxford, and have tutored for Oxbridge admissions for two years. I have mentored disadvantaged students, as well as offering bespoke private tuition on all aspects of the process, from the personal statement to the interview. I have also worked as part of the admissions team for my college, and therefore have unique expertise on both sides of the admissions process.

I focus on students who are passionate about a subject and are considering Oxbridge, whether they be Year 13s on the edge of applying and seeking mock interviews, or Year 10s and 11s who want to have a bit of a taster as to what the courses might hold for them. I naturally specialise in my own subject (PPE), but have extensive experience tutoring for humanities admissions in general and have a variety of resources that would be applicable to sciences too. I have the experience to take you that extra mile and give you the rhetorical and articulation skill to help you ace the interview, beef up your personal statement, offer advice on courses, or help with admissions tests.
It is never too early to start preparing for the process; having those extra few months or even weeks on other applicants could make all the difference in building the familiarity with the process that utliamtely breeds confidence come the time for interviews.

Details
The first lesson is free and half an hour for us to get to know each other, and to discuss the kind of support I can offer and you to voice your needs, in order to create the bespoke programme for you to make the most out of our time. I am also still a working student, so do charge a cancellation fee of the full-hour rate for any online lesson cancelled within 24 hours, but am very happy to re-arrange and be flexible given I am exclusively tutoring online during the ongoing pandemic.
