I offer line-by-line feedback (and access to my own successful application answers) on how your applications can be perfected.
Video and in-person interviews:
I have a bank of 150+ questions that law firms use to test candidates and will offer feedback for each answer. These include motivational, situational, competency, and commercial questions.
I also offer ad-hoc tips on how to prepare for Watson Glaser tests, SJTs, and written exercises for anyone booked with me.

Over the past year, I have developed an understanding of what commercial law firms are looking for in both applications, tests, and interviews -- out of the 16 firms I applied to, I was invited to interview for 9! I'm now past my application cycle, but I'm keen to use the skills I've developed to help other aspiring commercial lawyers with their applications (writing style, quality of answers, relevance), and interviews (particularly motivational, competency and commercial questions).
