Cancellation policy: If you have cancelled a multiple hour purchase after having completed a class, note only the last hour of the five and the ten hours are the discounted ones. The rest are full price, so you will only get a refund for those uncompleted and cancelled within the time frame. Also if you cancel, within 6 hours from a class, that class will still be charged for.

The thirty minutes remaining from the first hour will be given an hour of your choice if you would like to spend extra time on a certain day to talk about the subject. - must be agreed upon before 6 hours from the start of that class
