About Claire
I am a passionate teacher and I am diligent and conscientious with my work. I make sure to give my best effort to result with quality output. I am patient with students and as an optimistic person, I always look into the good qualities of other people. As a Montessori teacher, I also have experience in working with children with special needs, most of them belonging in the autism spectrum.

I teach lessons to preschoolers up to middle school-aged students. When tutoring students on new lessons, I usually ask for their class notes or resources where their lessons are based on so that I can create a connection between what they know from school and what I can teach or help them with. My teaching method is based on the Montessori three-period lesson wherein I begin with Introduction (or demonstration), followed by Association/Recognition (which is similar to assisted practice work), and concluded with Recall (allowing the student to review the lesson independently or with least assistance).
