My approach to teaching chess focuses on building strong fundamentals, logical thinking, and confidence at the board. As a FIDE-rated player with international tournament experience, I aim to make lessons both structured and enjoyable while helping students develop real competitive skills.

I usually begin by understanding the student’s current level and goals. Based on that, I design lessons that include tactical training, opening principles, strategic thinking, and practical game analysis. I also encourage students to solve puzzles and review their games to improve decision-making and pattern recognition.

My teaching methodology focuses on:

Understanding chess fundamentals rather than memorization

Developing tactical awareness through puzzles and exercises

Teaching opening principles and middle-game planning

Improving endgame techniques and practical play

Analysing games to identify strengths and weaknesses

Lessons are typically 60 minutes, though shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student’s preference. Each lesson usually includes explanation, interactive practice, and discussion of real game positions.

I have represented my school and country in several national and international chess competitions, and I have achieved a FIDE rating of 1728. My competitive experience allows me to guide students not only in learning the game but also in preparing for tournaments.

My lessons are suitable for:

Beginners who want to learn chess from the basics

School students who want to improve their skills

Intermediate players who want to strengthen strategy and tactics

My goal is to help students enjoy chess while steadily improving their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game
