About Амир
I am a competitive chess player with a FIDE rating of 1691 and an official 2nd rank, combining practical tournament experience with a disciplined, structured teaching approach. Chess, for me, is not just a game of tactics, but a system of logical thinking, planning, and precise decision-making. This philosophy is at the core of my coaching. I focus on long-term improvement, not quick tricks. My students learn how to think independently at the board, understand positions deeply, and make confident choices under pressure. Lessons are always adapted to the student’s level, goals, and learning style, whether the aim is to build strong fundamentals, improve calculation and strategy, or prepare for competitive play. I place strong emphasis on game analysis, classical principles, endgame technique, and practical training, helping students eliminate common mistakes and develop consistency. My teaching style is calm, demanding, and clear, creating an environment where progress is steady, measurable, and meaningful. I work best with motivated students who value discipline, clarity, and real results.

FIDE-rated chess player (1691 Elo) and 2nd rank competitor delivering elite, disciplined chess instruction for students who value precision, structure, and measurable progress. My training philosophy is built on deep positional understanding, accurate calculation, and professional game analysis rather than superficial memorization. Each lesson is individually designed to develop strategic thinking, endgame technique, and practical decision-making under real competitive conditions. I work with motivated beginners and intermediate players who want to build a strong foundation and transition toward confident, tournament-ready play. Lessons are calm, focused, and intellectually demanding, with clear objectives and long-term development plans. My goal is not short-term tricks, but lasting improvement, independent thinking, and a refined understanding of chess as a disciplined intellectual sport.
