About Rebekah
Female composer, producer and certified music teacher with international teaching (both private and group ages 5+) as well as gigging experience in the U.S, London, Amsterdam, Sydney & now in Austin. Having learned piano and music theory from a private teacher who studied a master's in music theory from the San Francisco Conservatorium at the age of 6, Rebekah has never stopped playing and reading music since. She has studied up to Grade 8 of the ABRSM Piano Grade, and also holds a B.S. of Music from Macquarie University. "Music has always been a passion of mine since an extremely young age, and I believe it has the power to connect us all as humans in a very positive and powerful way." In addition to teaching experience overseas in multiple music schools as well as primary schools, and through her own private teaching practice, Rebekah also harbors live gigging experience where she performed as lead pianist for the Skyline College Orchestral Jazz Band in California, as well as The Sunny Robertson Band in the U.K. and as a jazz duo Soulflavor in Amsterdam with drummer Salvatore Palazzo. She has now also finished an advanced diploma of Community Sector Management, as well as continuing with her own live gigs and compositions under her artist name Melodic Minds. Her music can be found on Spotify and other online platforms under Rebekah Litton.

- 30 minute, 45 min. as well as 60 min. lesson blocks available to book in weekly or fortnightly - All materials will be provided during the 1st session and each lesson will be tailored onwards to meet the musical needs and goals of each student - Each lesson will usually consist of scales, piano technique, song-learning, learning to read notation and theory (any genres ranging from classical, children's songs, funk, jazz, blues, neo-soul, boogie-woogie, rock, pop are possible)
