About Dylan
Hi, I’m a dedicated Health and Social Care professional with over 7 years of experience across both emergency and community settings. I started my journey as a 999 ambulance call handler, where I learned the importance of calm under pressure and clear communication. From there, I moved into domiciliary care, supporting individuals in their homes and gaining deep insight into person-centred care. I hold a Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Health and Social Care and now offer online lessons for beginners who are either starting a course, looking to enter the care sector, or simply want to build confidence in their knowledge. I’m passionate about teaching because I know how vital this work is—and how overwhelming it can feel when you’re just starting out. I want to help others succeed in this rewarding field by sharing what I’ve learned from real-life experience, in a way that’s friendly, practical, and easy to understand.
