I've known Rachelle for over 2 years and I can honestly say that she is superb when working well with others. Rachelle's style of teaching is very hands on and personable; she will get down to the level of the child and teach the way they learn, use their abilities and strengths to help them maximize the learning in question. Rachelle is a graduate of the Child and Youth Worker program; which helps her understand that not every child learns the same, and she uses her wide knowledge and puts it forward in her work. I've had the pleasure of working close with Rachelle and have been impressed with her communication and ability to creatively think outside the norms to accommodate a child or youth. She continues to demonstrate her drive to help and understand each child through her above and beyond actions when working with a child.
