I’ve been teaching art for over 20 years. Certified in art therapy. Experienced in helping those with trauma, abuse, physical and emotional pain, anxiety and depression. I find true joy in helping others on their journey of healing, self-love and discovery.

I strive to help you feel empowerment, self awareness, joy, connection, validation, inspiration, etc. Allow me to take you on an artistic journey with meditation, prompts, reflection and processing. At the end of each session, we’ll set a goal and put a plan into action for continued growth.
