About Marko

Music pedagogy isn't just my profession; it is my profound nature.

I started playing the violin at the age of 5. By the time I was 12, I was already assisting my mother—a professional orchestral violinist—by guiding and correcting her own students. This early immersion gave me an organic, visceral understanding of teaching. Today, I put over 28 years of uninterrupted pedagogical experience at your service.

The violin is an unforgiving instrument that demands absolute precision and rigor. To master this discipline without injury or frustration, pure technique is not enough. That is why I have integrated advanced training in emotional intelligence and a clinical understanding of the mind-body connection into my pedagogy.

My approach fuses four great lineages to forge a tailor-made, painless, and high-performance technique for you:

• The rigor of the Russian School for absolute technical precision.
• The warmth of the Czech School for profound resonance and active listening.
• The intensity of the Spanish School for passionate expression.
• The efficiency of the American School (Biomechanics) for sustainability and the total elimination of physical tension.

As a polyglot fluent in 6 languages, I have developed a high capacity for cognitive adaptation. Because music is my primary language, I know exactly how to translate complex technical concepts into your own emotional and somatic language.

My goal is not to impose a dogma, but to analyze your physiology and psychology in relation to the instrument in order to diagnose and permanently resolve your blocks. You will learn to stop 'fighting' your violin and instead integrate it into your body. The ultimate goal: total autonomy and absolutely fluid playing.

A Pedagogy of Awareness, Not Mechanical Repetition
My lessons radically depart from the traditional approach based on force and blind repetition. My goal is to make you understand and feel the music, developing a deep somatic connection with your instrument, rather than forcing your willpower.

A Tailor-Made Format: From Regular Coaching to Quarterly Masterclasses
There is no cookie-cutter mold. My guidance adapts to your reality:
• Intensive tracking (Weekly): To build solid foundations and ensure rapid progress.
• Strategic audit (Monthly or Quarterly): For advanced or professional violinists needing a specific technical unblocking or audition preparation.

From the very first minutes of our meeting, my experience allows me to establish a clinical map of your playing. I outline a clear, customized strategy for your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

My Methodology (Scientific & Therapeutic)
I have developed exclusive protocols that merge the scientific rigor of biomechanics with a therapeutic approach to learning.

• Pragmatic integration of music theory: Music theory is never abstract; it is immediately applied to the mechanics of the violin and sound expression.
• The 'Aha!' moment: Each lesson is structured around genuine breakthroughs. Even if we only take one step forward, that step will be decisive. You will finish every session with a clear, perceptible, and tangible evolution.
• Time optimization and zero injuries: My method is designed to drastically reduce your learning time while guaranteeing a 100% pain-free practice with no micro-traumas.

Whether you are looking to return to the violin after years of stopping, heal tendonitis, or overcome a major technical hurdle, my teaching space is a laboratory where frustration disappears, giving way to clarity and the sheer joy of playing.

The First Lesson: An Active Diagnosis
Our first meeting is not a simple, passive meet-and-greet. It is an in-depth diagnostic evaluation. From this very first session, we will tackle the core problem you are facing with your instrument head-on. You will experience my methodology directly and leave immediately equipped with concrete tools to progress autonomously, having taken the first few steps together.

Recording the Sessions
I highly authorize and encourage you to record our lessons (audio or video). The density of information transmitted is high, and being able to re-listen to the session is a formidable strategic tool for your personal progress.

Prerequisites for the Online Format (Webcam)
Biomechanical and tonal analysis requires immense precision. For remote lessons, you must absolutely have:
• A perfectly stable internet connection.
• Clear lighting that allows me to see your entire posture (arms, back, instrument hold).
• Good quality audio capture.

Cancellation Policy
The time allocated to your progress is precious, and my schedule is rigorously structured. Out of mutual respect, any lesson canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.
