About Nebil
Hello, I am Sport Psychologist Nebil Kızılırmak. @psknebilkizilirmak
After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Özyeğin University, I continued my education and career with a Master’s in Sports and Health Psychology at Kadir Has University in Istanbuk to pursue my passion for sports psychology. During this period, I progressed with supervisions approved by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). In 2022, I began serving as a Sports Psychologist for the Turkish Karate National Teams. Additionally, since 2023, I have been working with Beşiktaş Basketball Department, continuing my work with athletes from various teams and age groups. I have provided and continue to provide services to athletes of all levels and disciplines, from young age groups to Olympic-level athletes.

If you want to leverage my expertise in working on and optimizing the mental and psychological aspects of performance, and work with an expert sports psychologist on topics such as stress/anxiety management in a sports context, confidence/self-efficacy, anger control, emotion regulation, mindfulness, concentration, motivation, mental training, goal setting, and injury recovery, please contact me.
-Session durations average 50 minutes, but I keep the time flexible if additional work/training is needed.
-I work with athletes from all sports and levels, providing services at the national team and professional level.
-As a graduate of Turkey's only AASP supervised sports psychology master's program focused on fieldwork, I have worked with over 100 athletes of all ages and levels to date.
For online individual sessions, I will be making time available this summer with a limited number of spots for English speaking athletes.
