About Amy
I’m a dedicated Religious Studies tutor with a deep fascination for the unknown, particularly the philosophical and moral questions that religions explore. My passion for this subject grew from my interest in understanding why people think and act as they do, and I’m excited to share that perspective with my students.
Currently studying law at the University of Liverpool, I regularly engage with issues closely tied to religious philosophy and ethics, and I’ve had valuable experiences debating religious topics. These have strengthened my ability to connect themes across Religious Studies, helping students see how ideas relate to one another and apply to real-world contexts.
In my teaching, I aim to go beyond helping students achieve top grades. I want to spark a lasting curiosity and appreciation for the subject. My approach is patient, adaptable, and clear—I work to meet each student’s individual needs, ensuring they feel supported and confident. By building strong understanding, connecting concepts, and encouraging open discussion, I strive to create an environment where students can truly enjoy learning about Religious Studies and carry that interest forward.
