About HET
I am a dedicated Maths and Computer Science student at Warwick University with a strong passion for teaching. Having excelled in both Maths and Further Maths throughout my academic career, I have developed a deep appreciation for these subjects and a desire to share my knowledge with others.
My motivation to teach stems from a genuine enthusiasm for helping students understand and appreciate the beauty of mathematics. I believe that everyone has the potential to excel in maths with the right guidance and support. Teaching allows me to make a positive impact on students' academic journeys, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals.
My previous experience in tutoring A-level students has been incredibly rewarding. I have seen firsthand how tailored, focused instruction can transform a student's understanding and performance. I am committed to providing high-quality, personalized tutoring that caters to each student's unique needs and learning style.

My teaching method focuses on a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter and practical application to ensure complete mastery. I begin by thoroughly going over the content, breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts and ensuring that students fully grasp the material. This foundational understanding is crucial for tackling more advanced problems.
To reinforce this knowledge, I adopt a practical-based teaching approach. I use a variety of questions and problem-solving exercises to help students apply what they've learned. This hands-on practice not only solidifies their understanding but also builds their confidence in tackling similar questions in exams and real-world scenarios.
By combining clear, detailed explanations with practical exercises, I ensure that my students develop a deep and lasting understanding of maths and further maths. My previous experience teaching A-level students has equipped me with the skills to adapt to different learning styles, making my sessions both effective and engaging.
