About Liam
I am a passionate flute tutor with 18 years of teaching experience, having successfully trained around 150 students from beginner to advanced levels. I enjoy helping students learn music in a simple and enjoyable way while building their confidence step by step. My teaching approach is based on communication, creativity, and flexibility, allowing me to adapt lessons according to each student’s learning style and goals.
I focus on strong fundamentals such as breath control, fingering, tone quality, and rhythm to ensure steady progress. I make my classes engaging by including exercises, songs, and creative activities that keep students motivated.
I am patient and supportive, helping students clearly understand each concept before moving forward. I also guide students in basic music theory and effective practice habits. My goal is to make flute learning easy, enjoyable, and meaningful.

I focus on developing strong fundamentals such as breath control, tone quality, and finger coordination. These skills are taught step by step to build confidence and consistency.
Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons according to the student’s pace and needs. Collaboration is encouraged through discussions, practice planning, and creative activities.
I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to learn and improve. In addition to flute, I also teach music theory and rhythm for complete musical understanding.
