I’m a passionate Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. One of my favorite areas to explore is the fascinating chemistry behind food preservation and analysis. I love diving deep into the chemical changes that happen during food spoilage and how antioxidants and emulsifiers work to keep food fresh.
