About Viera
I teach Chemistry using a methodology centered around four core principles: Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, and Collaboration, which help create an effective and supportive learning environment. I hold both myself and my students accountable for progress, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning while providing consistent support to ensure they stay on track.
I believe in honest and transparent communication, ensuring that students understand the material deeply and are confident in their knowledge, rather than just memorizing facts. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to meet individual needs, whether it’s simplifying difficult concepts or providing extra practice in areas of struggle.
I value an interactive approach where students actively participate. We work together through discussions, problem-solving, and practical examples, which helps solidify their understanding. This methodology not only helps students succeed in Chemistry but also allows them to gain a deeper appreciation for the subject. I am a passionate Chemistry tutor with over 8 years of experience, dedicated to helping students understand and excel in the subject. I have had the privilege of teaching more than 300 students, guiding them through the complexities of Organic Chemistry, Electrochemistry, and Biochemistry. My teaching approach is centered around making challenging concepts easy to grasp, with customized lessons tailored to each student's needs.
