About Cris
I am a yoga teacher, graduated in India, for 4 years. This last year and a half I have been traveling again to India, Bali and Thailand to improve myself in this area ... I took more courses, workshops and lived in several ashrams (to understand and feel the routine of yoga), I learned with countless different styles from teachers and from different countries, and I taught in schools / retreats that filled my soul ... I teach various styles of yoga and meditation. My passion is to help transform the life of my students, teaching them the necessary tools to make their way of thinking (mind), their physical body and their way of life, a happy and healthier routine, in all senses. Make them realize that they are perfect in everything they do, feel or think. Self-love is my methodology to transform your life.

I took 200 hours in India in 2016 I started giving private lessons at students' houses and in groups in some studios. Meanwhile, I opened a mini yoga studio with 2 more teachers (yoga and pilates), in which I stayed for a few months, until the trip to India, Bali and Thailand began. In India, I took more yoga and meditation courses, and in Bali and Thailand I worked at reputable yoga studios, schools and retreats, and continued with private online classes.
