About Zajacz
I am a yoga teacher with more than 9 years of teaching experience. I have taught a large number of students, 12-70 years old, beginner to advanced. My aim for every class is to tune into the mood and needs of the student and working with them create a yoga class that suits them, in safe and welcoming environment.

I teach hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, yin, flow and power hatha classes with to without added mobility or strength exercises, depending on the needs of the students. Class length can vary between 45 min to 90 min. I believe that everybody can do yoga and there is an aspect of it that can be beneficial for everyone.
