About Dr Praveena
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner and a certified doctor in naturopathy and yoga, who believes that true health is achieved when the body and mind work in harmony. Over the years, yoga has transformed my own physical and mental well-being, and that experience shaped who I am today.
My purpose in sharing my knowledge through yoga classes is to help others experience the same transformation. I want people to understand that yoga is not just exercise, but a powerful tool for healing, prevention, inner balance, and long-term wellness.
Through my classes, I hope to guide individuals toward a healthier lifestyle and help them discover the strength, peace, and confidence that yoga can bring into everyday life.
