Suzuko is a kind and genuine person who cares about her students. She is trustworthy, intelligent and has decades of experience in the UK and Japan so is well placed to support people in their education. I recommend her highly.

She is very professional, genuinely cares about the Japanese language and takes pride in sharing it with others. As well as the speaking/communication side, she has a good method of teaching the alphabets - I could get by reading and writing in hiragana and katakana in what seemed like no time at all.

I've known her for many years, initially as her host mother when she studied at the Wimbledon School of English on her arrival in the UK. She is courteous, helpful & patient. Her language use is impeccable & her communication skills are excellent. She has many years experience teaching Japanese & several happy & grateful students to show for it. She has always had a feel for her native language that students respond well to.

Suzuko gave me weekly Japanese lessons as a teenager and without her, I couldn’t have made my dreams come true and get into university to study Japanese (I got into SOAS which has one of the best Japanese degree courses in the UK).
