About Jailam
I am a university lecturer and corporate professional with over ten years of leadership and industry experience across business management, human resources, marketing, economics, and policy environments. I have taught Business Management and Economics at degree level and supervised academic research, while also working in senior corporate roles involving HR, legal policy, operations, and strategy. This combination allows me to connect academic theory with real-world practice, helping students not only understand concepts but apply them confidently in assignments, exams, and professional situations. My teaching style is structured, supportive, and focused on building critical thinking, analytical skills, and long-term understanding, so students feel prepared, capable, and academically confident.
