My lessons are fully personalized to each student’s needs. As a current student myself, I understand the challenges many learners face and can easily relate to their struggles. I focus on identifying and targeting specific areas of difficulty to build confidence and mastery in math and science. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style and materials to match their most effective learning methods—whether through practice problems, visual aids, or step-by-step explanations.
Sample Lesson Plan – Mathematics (1 Hour) Topic: Solving Quadratic Equations Goal: By the end of the session, the student will confidently solve quadratic equations using factoring and the quadratic formula.

I met Talia in Grade 9 when she was my math tutor, and she completely changed my experience with the subject. She helped me raise my grade by over 10%, especially in topics like linear functions and quadratics. What I appreciated most was how clearly and patiently she explained everything—she always broke concepts down in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed to ask questions. One of my favourite experiences was finally understanding quadratics after struggling for so long. Talia is an amazing tutor who genuinely cares about her students’ success, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to improve their math skills.
