I was very proud to receive the award 'Best Under 40' , which is given out to the brightest young professionals in our area. I also had the opportunity recently to speak to the students at the University of Notre Dame about my business.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think "Am I committed to achieving my health and fitness goals'. Because it's going to take effort and discipline in and outside of the gym.
