About Maurlei
I am a trained hatha yoga instructor. My focus is to connect with students and guide them through their practice with a sense of compassion, knowledge, understanding, and empathy. Yoga is a safe place to connect deeper with oneself.
I love having the opportunity to guide students to a heaightened connection between their mind and body. Our body is our vessel and our health is the only thing we truly have.
I have completed 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Global Vinyasa in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

I like to discuss beforehand any physical limitations and/or concerns the student may have prior to beginning any sessions together. Then, I take this information and tailor the first class to the specific needs of the student.
