The first step is for them to fill out a form depending the service they are requesting. If it is welness coaching they can fill a health history, this way I can analyze their individual needs and customize their program. If it is energy healing we have a form to fill where and since when they have the symptoms.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Always ask about their experience, education and certification .
