About Ashley
I teach Energetic Yoga, an Integrative Healer, Sound Bath Meditation teacher and Life Rehab Coach! I was raised holistically and healed illnesses within me through yoga and the holistic practices I teach. I am also apart of HUM, a conscious network of creative energy wellness practitioners. I would love to work with you to help you become your greatest you! Namaste, Ashley Chase
I enjoy seeing my clients faces and responses after finishing a class or session with me.
I love hearing feedback and I love starting people right where they are and guiding them to meet their goals.
Over my lifetime, I have trained and lived along several teachers and healers who taught a variety of holistic alternative practices to me. Energetics, Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing, and Nutrition.
I have traveled to Japan and Italy, and experienced workshops and teachers around the USA in Arizona, NYC, and Georgia where I reside.

Ashley and her crew knew exactly how to provide a phenomenal sound bath experience. You are completely immersed in the sound and healing frequencies for nearly an hour, and come to feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend!
Her unique talents come through with her style of Yoga. It's truly an experience unlike any other classes, her heart and soul are in it.
Ashley's sound bath was so cathartic I cried & releaseda huge load of tension. Went to bed early that day, slept for like 12 hours.
If you want a deeply moving/peaceful experience try a sound bath with Ashley.
It just feel good to work with someone who cares and isn’t in it for the money or because it’s trendy. But someone who really wants to help heal people and grow great relationships.
I've been only at one "Sound bath" and one yoga class for beginners but liked it a lot. Ashley is very professional at what she does. I enjoyed the class and felt much better after it. What she does - works!
