About Monica
Hi, Im Monica. I am a yoga teacher, Reiki and shamanic practitioner, sacred ceremonialist, and intuitive guide devoted to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, reconnect, and remember themselves. Over the last 16+ years, I have studied and explored energy healing, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and plant medicine education and integration through both formal trainings and lived experience. My approach blends grounded presence with deep intuition, weaving together compassion, humor, embodiment, and energetic awareness. Whether guiding movement, ceremony, or conversation, I hold space with the intention that each person feels seen, supported, and empowered to return home to their own inner wisdom.
