About Samantha
My classes help people to relieve stress and find inner peace and relaxation. I care about my students and I also make sure to meet people's specific needs while having fun during class making for an enjoyable experience! Toning, building flexibilty and strength happens during classes over time and a more healthy and positive mindset happens naturally!
"Hi, my name is Samantha and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor. I teach both Chair Yoga and Vinyasa classes. I teach Chair yoga to seniors with mobility issues, as well as cancer survivors. I currently teach Vinyasa Yoga at a variety of places in Bucks County, and Philadelphia, PA. Yoga quickly became one of my passions abouI 5 years ago when I started practicing and realized how much it helped me. I became so excited to help others begin a healthier lifestyle while having fun on the mat! It is my goal to help others relieve stress, feel good, and live a better life, mind, body and soul!
