About Jennifer
I offer multiple services from massage therapy to yoga. I teach restorative, renewal techniques and how to create a life in balance with private yoga and TRE®. The combination of services I offer stimulates healing, stress reduction, creates overall beauty, relaxation, and wellness.
I provide a safe, quiet, relaxed, judgment-free, healing environment where my clients feel welcome and comfortable. I teach clients how to understand the triggers of stress, anxiety, and PTSD and how to use massage, yoga, yin, meditation, relaxation, breathing techniques and TRE® to reduce the symptoms of stress anxiety, injury, pain and begin to heal. My goal is to help you live a life in balance filled with laughter, joy, and peace looking and feeling your best.
When you're relaxed and breathing, you're able to make healthy decisions and experience a balanced life.
I work independently to offer you complete one on one care. My desire is to provide you with complete comfort by giving you space to unwind and feel completely comfortable. When you are my guest, you are my only priority. I want you to understand, YOU ARE WORTH IT!
