About Nanette
I have 11 years of experience practicing yoga and 2 years of teaching experience. I intentionally create a safe space for all bodies and all levels of students to experience relaxation and joyful movement with plenty of opportunity for modifications and props to support the practice.
The cycle of giving is the heart center of my passions & teachings. I give tools for healing and daily ritual, and I give inspiration to live healthy and in gratitude to create the best life you can possibly live!

I was a student of 10 years and finally decided to turn my passion into my work and my work into my passion!
I have 11 years of experience practicing yoga and over 2 years of teaching experience. I have 300 hours of completed Yoga Teacher Training:
-200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Portland, Oregon with Sarah Trelease and Renee Sills through Sola School of Contemplative Arts.
-100 hours with Alison Alstrom through The People’s Yoga.

Nanette’s workshops and classes have been wonderful. She is a beautiful and open soul that invites acceptance and I have always felt more than welcome in the lessons. Nanette is patient and has a gentle demeanor. She is knowledgeable about yin yoga (restorative yoga) and guides you through a session with ease. She is great to work with!
Nanette is an amazingly tuned in, caring and gentle soul who takes you into yoga bliss with her classes. Nanette got me hooked on yoga. As a beginner with some flexibility issues, I’m amazed at the progress I made and the love I developed for yoga practicing at Nanette’s classes.
The flow of each class is smooth and engaging. The poses and themes are thoughtfully chosen based on the needs of the students, and Nanette’s ability to explain postures and give helpful adjustments is amazing.
