About Shanti
My style of teaching is inspired by Viniyoga with sequences that focus on the connection of breath with movement, conditioning the body for improved range of motion, and visualization to awaken the inner eye.
I use clear alignment cues, gentle hands on adjustments, pranayama, and yoga philosophy to further engage students in their practice.
200-hr certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience teaching group classes for wide ranges of students at gyms and yoga/dance studios plus working privately with individuals to heal their bodies and create costumized yoga sequences tailored to their needs.
