About Mardi
The key to great service when handling the demands and transitions of the body is working actively and positively with your body. Enjoying your movements and engaging to the best of your abilities as you grow stronger. I encourage those I work with to allow time and space for their classes, to give their undivided attention to their body's needs to create new limits from the ones that the body feels it cannot change from. Almost anything is possible, with care-oriented guidance, patience and fun!
Seeing the changes in students as they engage with themselves. They get to feel beautiful, inspired, and work toward creating goals for either flexibility, core strength, meditation calmness, and more. It is a gift to teach, a privilege to reach out to others and assist them, and a blessing as they pass what they learn onto others!
