About Chelsea

Chelsea is an experienced yoga instructor, teaching yoga and fitness classes since 2012. Her journey began with CorePower Yoga, and she’s lead dozens of Yoga Teacher Trainings and a variety of Yoga Workshops. Chelsea moved to Nashville with CorePower Yoga in 2017, to develop the new market for the company and open two new yoga studios, cultivating a community with all students from beginners to advanced practitioners. In 2021, Chelsea stepped away from Studio Leadership and Yoga Operations to continue pursuing what she loves most - teaching!
Chelsea offers yoga fitness classes that range in challenge, flow and style to fit every experience level. Get ready to SCULPT & RESTORE on your mat and discover the magic that happens when physical meets mindful.

Your FIRST session is FREE! I offer a 60-minute session online or in person to meet you on your mat. We'll first connect to breakdown what brings you to your mat, and any goals your working towards - be it to get started in your yoga practice or work towards a specific asana. Chelsea is an alignment focused teacher, using muscle activation to build whole body mindfulness. She teaches breathwork and muscle control to expand your possibilities and discover your power.
