About Kate
Kate Garland is a Certified Yoga Therapist, self-care specialist and essential oil educator. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and the Yoga Therapy Rx program at Loyola Marymount University, she has taught Yoga for over 15 years, and in 2007, founded kate | yoga, a boutique Yoga studio and private Yoga therapy practice in the foothills of Los Angeles. Kate’s extensive knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, Positive and Prenatal Psychology, nutrition, Yoga Nidra, Chakra and Energy work, all flow into her Yoga and essential oil teachings, creating classes and workshops that are truly holistic and transformative.
