About Vanessa
At The Neighborhood Joint we hybrid classes so you get the benefit of two classes in one hour. We offer Yoga, Spinning, TRX, Sculpting and Meditation. Our studio is inviting to beginners and will challenge vets to a great workout. We also offer private training in all of these disciplines which includes private meditation classes.
I have been teaching group-ex classes and personal training for 20 years. I own a hybrid fitness studio I love elevating clients perception of their bodies. So much of fitness is emotional and mental. I encourage my students to work hard and eat well, and with this simple equation we can achieve the level of fitness you have always dreamed of.
