About Sarah Kate
I am a NASM personal trainer and yoga instructor who specializes in correcting and healing muscle imbalances that are causing pain in the body.
I love helping people remove mental and emotional blocks about their body and feeling good about themselves. I love helping them find how yoga can help them personally enjoy life more fully. I believe yoga is the fountain of youth.
I've been doing yoga since 2003 and teaching yoga since 2013 at various gyms and corporations. I am certified with the National Association of Science and Medicine (NASM) and AFAA.

Talking with them and having them fill out a lifestyle questionaire. Looking at the posture and assessing what imbalances I see right away. Having them perform the squat test to assess further. I then begin to instruct a personal yoga flow for them focusing on proper alignment.
