About Dara
Welcome to Dara Lynne Joseph Yoga and Pilates Training, where I am dedicated to enhancing your wellness practice through mindful movement meant to challenge you, and create body awareness withering you that can translate into all that you do throughout your daily life. I offer in person sessions both for individuals and small groups, as well as remote services for clients and corporate teams looking to enhance their employee wellness programs.
Expect an expert-led hour that is fun, challenging, and for those who are seeking yoga recovery, and athletic support- restorative and renewing in a way that is uniquely different and beneficial in ways that massage, and other services can not offer.
All equipment is provided, and additional items are provide upon request. In addition, you are given nutrition as well as weekly workout program support (please request additional info for those who are looking to meet for private fitness training/pilates training).
