About Brittany
I spent 8 years as journalist, trying to fit into the cut throat industry. The supervising producer at my last producing job thought I was too sensitive and said, "how would you treat someone like you?" I'm thankful for her question. Here I am. Helping people find comfort and seek refuge on their mats. Resolutions, freedom, and joy can be found as we flow breath to movement. I'm putting my sensitivity and RYT 200 certification to use by helping my clients find more peace during our private sessions. That's my mission behind The Concept of Freedom. The light and teacher in me honors and respects the light and teacher in each and everyone of you!
I enjoy helping my clients find a deeper understanding of themselves. Before we start to move, I like to do a 10 minute check-in. That way I can get an idea of what chakra or peak postrue to focus on during class. After class, I check-in again and ask how my client is feeling. I give them postures they can do throughout their day that help keep that same positive energy achieved during our session.
I received my 200HR certification from Corepower Yoga.
