About Lindsay
Lindsay strives to inspire a welcoming environment for everybody who chooses to enter the space. She works towards making yoga more accessible to underrepresented communities, with a focus on creating an inclusive and affirming space for queer adults and youth alike. Inspired by the love and comfort that she found within the yoga community, her passion for teaching is driven by an enthusiasm for cultivating and sharing this experience in each class.
Lindsay received her RYT200 teaching certification through Three Queens Yoga (Philadelphia, PA) in 2019, and her RCYT children's yoga certification through Yoga Ed (online) in 2021.
As a former Irish dancer, I appreciate yoga as an opportunity to explore the body through movement, alignment, and focused awareness. Expect a moderate-pace class, rooted in alignment, and with a focus on finding joy in one’s own body and mind. In addition to mixed-level classes, I also offers yoga for beginners and kids. Known for a trauma-informed approach, I use thoughtful language and encourage nonjudgement and acceptance.

Details
Private sessions may be purchased individually or pre-purchased packages at a discounted rate.
$80 / one 60-minute private session
$360 / 5-session package ($72 / session)
$680 / 10-session package ($68 / session)
Base pricing is the same for virtual and in-person sessions. For in-person sessions, some locations may incur an additional fee to offset the cost of travel and/or rental space.
Payment for individually purchased sessions is required before the scheduled start-time. Packages can be purchased up-front; payment must be delivered in full prior to the first session. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
