I am familiar with many styles of yoga and I teach the more traditional breath centered practice. In addition to yoga I am also a Rolf Practitioner (2012) which is a type of bodywork focusing on the fascia & structural alignment. I also am a massage therapist and do Craniosacral massage as well.
