About Natasha
I currently have my RYT200 hour and am enrolled in a 340 hour program to obtain my RYT500! I have a BA in psychology and am a two-time Iraq War veteran. My hope would be to teach classes on a weekly basis to help integrate the therapeutics of Hatha yoga, pranayama, systematic relaxation, and meditation. Yoga has been something that has helped me for the past 10 years in all aspects of life and I love being able to teach others the many depths to developing and learning about the inner self.
I have studied under many catalysts of the Himalayan Tradition to include Panditji, Rolf Solvik, Shari Friedrichson, Tanya Boigenzahn, Lauren Toolin, and many more.
