About Kristen
Upscale boutique Fitness Studio that offers personal training, signature classes, yoga and hot yoga. We value small group fitness classes so participants and clients feel a personal touch in every experience. I’ve been in the fitness industry over 20 years, I’ve developed programs that are still licensed all over the work. I’ve appeared on instructional exercise videos, presented at industry conventions and was a fitness contractor at Nike WHQ for 15 years.
I love building relationships with my clients, and seeing them get results.
Several industry certifications, 20+ years experience as a fitness professional for major companies such as Nike, Inc and Mossa. I travelled the world training instructors and trainers in ongoing certifications. My degree is in Physical Therapy, so I'm experienced with people with injuries as well.
