About Janie
I offer gentle yoga sharing what I have learned over the past 30 plus years. I help you start where you are and gently go deeper.
I fell in love with yoga the first time I took a class in February 1988. I began teaching in 1990 to keep yoga in my life.
I am registered with Yoga Alliance at the Experienced and Advanced level with over 500 hours of training, and 1000+ hours of teaching. I am certified to offer continuing education hours to yoga teachers. My Registration is E-RYT 500, YACEP.
